Returns & Refunds

We take great care in packaging every Board Tales product to ensure it arrives safely.

If your surf rack arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box)

Once we review your claim, we'll issue a full refund or arrange a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Please note that minor variations in wood grain, color, and natural texture are part of the character of our handmade products and are not considered defects.
